OEM & private label
Most buyers pick two or three shapes from the catalogue, prove them in their own market, and only then commission their own version. That order costs less and fails less often. When you are ready, here is exactly what is involved.
Two routes
The difference is whether we use an existing mould or cut a new one. That single decision drives the cost and the timeline more than anything else. Send us a photo or a drawing and we will tell you which route fits.
Your logo, your glaze colour, your pattern, your packaging, on a shape that already exists. No tooling, and the timeline is barely longer than a stock order.
New tooling from your drawing or a reference piece. The shape belongs to your account, and we put that in writing before the mould is cut.
What can change
You do not have to change all four. Most successful projects change two and leave the rest alone, which keeps both cost and risk down.
An existing mould, or new tooling cut from your drawing.
A stock glaze, or a Pantone match with test chips fired and posted before bulk.
Decal, hand paint, embossing or a gold rim.
Gift box, barcode, drop-ship carton, drop test on request.
How it runs
These are our real timelines. The two stages that most often run long are approval and colour matching, and both sit on your side of the table. The faster you sign off, the faster we fire.
A photo, a drawing or a physical piece. We tell you what is feasible and what will be expensive.
Day 1–2Technical drawing with dimensions, capacity and glaze spec for your approval.
Day 3–6Fired sample couriered to you. Two revisions included in the fee.
7–20 daysWeekly photos from the line. Inspection before packing, not after.
25–45 daysPacking list, certificate of origin and any test report your customs asks for.
5–7 daysBefore you write to us
Nine out of ten custom enquiries stall because one of these is missing and we spend a week going back and forth. Send all five at once and you have a real number in two days.
A photo, a sketch, or a piece posted to us. Anything beats words.
Diameter and height in mm, or volume in ml.
First order and annual volume. Guessing high helps nobody.
Country and channel. This decides packaging and testing.
Tell us what it has to cost and we propose the right material.
No obligation and no sales script. If the idea will not work in ceramic, or will not hit your price, we say so on the first reply.

A drawing, a photo, or a piece you already sell. We look at it and come back with what is possible and what it costs.
There is no fixed minimum you have to reach before we quote. Small trial orders are normal here — tell us what you have in mind and we will work to it.
